Eating Greens

We have been told from childhood that eating a lot of greens can lead to many health benefits. But, for the most part, people may not have been specific about all the good things that greens can do for you.

Plant Power

At its simplest description, the greens (and other colored vegetables we eat) are all plants, and a substance that is found in all plants is Chlorophyll. We all know that chlorophyll helps plants turn sunlight into energy, but did you know that it helps our bodies, too?

Not only is chlorophyll a good source of essential nutrients like vitamins A, C, and K, minerals, and antioxidants, but it also acts as a blood detoxifier. This means that it helps increase circulation to all your organs. It does this by dilating blood vessels.

As an added bonus, it is also a natural deodorant because it helps reduce offensive body orders!

Super Greens

Super green foods come from young cereal grasses like wheat, barley, rye, alfalfa, oats, kelp, chlorella, and many others as well. These foods have a whole lot of nutrients in them.  They even have more calcium, iron, protein, and all other categories than spinach, eggs, broccoli, and chicken! 

Opting to eat super greens is better for you than any other food!

Super greens can also help boost your immune system. They are powerful antioxidants that can help you grow and have many other health benefits as well. The bottom line is that eating super greens is one of the greatest things you can do for your body. 

They do so much for our bodies that we don’t have to worry much about being healthy.

Another good thing about eating greens is that there is no harm in eating them! They give us so many nutrients and are the most natural way of getting everything your body needs to function and be healthy. So get out there and start eating more greens! After all, you want to be healthy right?
